A confirmation will be sent on receiving your cheque or postal order. Please allow 7 days for your cheque to clear. We will notify you as soon as item has been despatched. Please note, you cannot modify your order after payment has cleared.

How to add an item to your shopping basket:

Once you 'add to basket' the item will be added to your shopping basket. You can then view your shopping basket, remove any items and have an option to continue shopping or to proceed to checkout. If you chose to continue shopping, the options to 'view your shopping basket' or 'proceed straight to checkout' will be available at the top of each page.

Delivery

Delivery is Ł4.95 in the UK. International postage can be found here.

We aim to dispatch all goods within 28 days of purchase, although most products are despatched within 14 days of receipt. When goods are despatched, we immediately send you an email with the couriers tracking reference and a link to their website for you to track your parcel.

We send all our goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day), which is signed for at the delivery address. You should ensure that you are at the address given at the expected time of delivery to receive the goods. Goods are insured up to the point of signature at the designated address, and you should ensure that delivery is to the correct recipient.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, for any reason, we will refund you, as part of our 7 day no quibble money back guarantee. Please note, we are unable to refund postage.

Return the item un-used in its original condition by Royal Mail Special Delivery and remember to take out extra postal insurance to cover the value of the package in transit if it cost more than Ł500. This cost should be met by yourself.

Important: please note, we cannot accept returns on any items if the seal on the item has been broken.

Mark the package with your returns number. If you do not have an returns number apply for one here. We will confirm your request and provide you with a returns number as soon as possible.

When we recieve the item(s), full purchase price of these goods will then be refunded.

Exceptions include damaged goods, boxes and wrapping, special orders including non-stock sized rings and gold earrings under Ł200. Goods should be returned within 7 days which is deemed to commence from the date of dispatch, and you should apply for a returns number within 3 days.

Damaged Goods:
In the unlikely event of goods being damaged in transit, this should be immediately reported to Royal Mail Customer Services on 0845 7740 740 and to ourselves by email: Contact us by Email. Please keep all packaging materials for examination by the Royal Mail and remember to include your order number in any correspondence. These items will ordinarily be replaced free of charge.

International Postage

International orders will take up to 28 days for delivery. All goods will be sent by International Signed-For Royal Mail.
